Race Night Sat 25th March 2023

Saturday 25th March: RACE NIGHT at 7.30pm in the pavilion. Please make every effort to attend as this is a major fundraising event.

We are are hoping to run an AUCTION OF PROMISES sometime during the summer. This is how it works.

I will ask every member to contribute an item that we can auction. I am hoping we can find at least 50 items with a value of £10 and upwards.

These are some of the items we hope to receive.

1 Do you have or know a friend who has a helicopter, speedboat, balloon or similar that can offer a ride.

2 Can you or a friend offer of an hour or two of work eg gardening, plumbing, etc

3 Do you have an unwanted gift or know where we can obtain items that would be suitable

4 An antique you or a friend would like to donate.

5 Tickets to any event.

Thee are a few ideas but the skys the limit.

If you think you can help please let me know as soon as possible as I will need to start a list of items. The higher the value of the item the better as it will attract

prospective buyers.
